It's All About the People

In a larger organization, it's always about the people. I can't tell you how many times i've gotten to do talks and i'll ask someone that's in a higher level position, like, how does what they do affect revenue? And they won't necessarily be able to tell you. Some people get into this unfortunate rut of they'll have an executive title but not actually know some of these corps business principles.
