Do You Know How to Say No to Abuse?

The first empowering word that toddlers learn, is no. Victims of abuse have a very difficult time creating boundaries later in life. Once we get into the work place, we feel like we can't say no whenever a boss asks us to do something. But i'm naturally a people please or i don't wan to let anybody down.
