A lot of people try to, you know, try to attack the symptom. And they search for answers rather than stepping back and really just trying to get to the foundational aspect of what would cause this problem in the first place. So I think that first step is to recognize if you're having these problems and repeatedly having these problems. In a lot of times it's guys who are putting forth effort or de-stress and they're still having these issues. They have low testosterone. They have hormonal dysfunction that they need to address. That's when you really start seeing those changes.
