How to Be a Successful Therapist
It's kind of stunning to hear about how much money they must be taking in via how much money gets given to their actual therapists who are like doing the work of sustaining this platform. The therapists are getting maybe around 30, a little less than $30 an hour. And then it's they pay you based on word count. If you do start like providing more support and going over the word count, you're working for fucking free therapist. I don't even understand why that's a pay scale that exists. It's so fucked up and this is not how therapy therapy is meant to be. This is not how it should look to access mental health care.
