The Quality Side of Quality Code Development?

I don't think you could compare the two really. Ultimately, somebodys riting good quality code. It's hard to argue against that ultimately. I can remember being on bata tests of softwor packages back 20 years ago,. And now, the time from the point when the code was written till the bug was reported is measured in weeks or months. You know, the farther get, the farther away a bug is found from the time it was written  the more costly it gets. The quick turnaroun times just have changed the way things work. Observability has just changed the way code works, right?
