What Is Your Melt Down Place?

Everybody has a different of melting down. My version of melt down is often very quiet. It looks a lot like me not melting down, except that i'm quieter and more sensitive. I don't do depression in te typical fashion. Depression for me as sitting in front of the t v for hours on end with no idea what i watched. Other people crying jags periodically that they can't control. Other people different emotional outburstsis they're just overdone. And you may have any all, or some combination thereof, or something aterly else. Yet, knowing your own patterns is important. Also, knowing what your struggle points are is important when you're doing transformation work
