The Problem With the Intern's Gun Injector

I'm like, okay, I'm going to make a hundred of these. And I assemble a hundred of them and then I go to my boss,. She never tested them on an actual like contrast thing. They get sent off to the sales department or the client or wherever that I don't know where they went. A week later, I hear back that I messed up. Those were assembled incorrectly because one of the springs instead of being like turned this way and needed to be turned this way inside. There was some flaw in it.
