Tomodd: Coca-Cola has far less command over its consumers' satisfaction than it once did. The concept with which I started this journey from Warren Buffett's first comment to our class may no longer apply because the desire to take advantage of tax deferral is squarely now bumps up against an increasing reality that business lives are shortened by technology and technological disruption. Kombucha came out of nowhere in the share of market, comes at the expense of some of the only 324 fluid ounces that humans consume every day. At one time, Coke was 80% of it. And it's no longer.
