The Hard Problem of Consciousness

Recent cognitive science seems to be supporting the claim that these higher states of consciousness can bring about quantum changes. David chalmers famously called it the hard problem of consciousness. Most people know that consciousness is a mystery, but most people don't realize that what consciousness does is also a mystery. I am going to try and make use of some of the work that myself and anderson todd and richard woo have put into trying to understand at least some of the important properties of consciousness.
