Aca - What Kind of Force Is Required Under Florida Law?
In two prior cases, the court had suggested not. Some states define burglary in a way that sweeps more broadly than the general Aca definition of burglary. In Stokely, the court has to answer whether common law, robbery under Florida law qualifies as having an element of force. The last Aca case from this term, United States versus Davis, seemed like the court more closely adhered to its prior decisions.
