The Debt Ceiling Shouldn't Be Raised, Right?

There will be no negotiations with respect to the debt ceiling being raised. Some sort of bartering and conversation about this seems to be kind of expected, anticipated as opposed to a rubber stamp increase of the debt limit. But what's happened right now is that Republicans are saying, here's what we want to do. We want to cut spending. Just we're not going to touch health care spending and defense spending. So but we're going to cuts spending. There's no motherfucking spending left after that.
