We're basically just taking three main services so everyone knows contingency of recruitment which is our sidekick just normal recruitment. Then we do kind of what we call like on the man talent solutions which used to be really called RPO years ago and now it's kind of on demand. Can we you know revive a sit on site of that client and then deliver upon all the roles you're recruiting for for a cost? That's what we've been doing a lot of this year with with a couple of clients. We are trying to break the boundaries think outside the box and be really creative with our content. The bigger challenge is being able to get out there and engage with the right candidates.
