The Biggest Aha Moment

Aha moment came when a group of players were discussing what to do with their day off. Co-coach James waited in silence for one player to speak up and he said, sometimes we want to jump in there and then help provert conversation. It's the biggest aha moment I've had so far on this project. You're much more likely to be held account because you shared your ideas.
