How to Wind Down Rituals After Dark

The best of course is to get out into natural light first thing in the morning and at sunset if possible. If you're going to engage in screen entertainment or high stimulatory activities of any kind it's much more stimulatory to have to do work. Get those things stacked earlier in the evening and at least prioritize the final hour for winding down rituals where you can relax perhaps walk the dog around the block one last time. There's also some really interesting benefits to getting outside around sunset and watching the sunset not staring straight at the sun.
