There's definitely a sense among parents that their young kids have lost something, possibly even many things. What does science tell us? There's been a lot of research into the development of young children over the last few years. Some evidence that there was some impact on babies being in a prenatal environment during that incredible time of stress. We have no way of knowing how long that's going to persist.
And how the seemingly endless wait in the US is affecting their development.
