Make sure your nap is under 90 minutes and six hours before bedtime. Napping recharged that battery, that testla battery for sleep. It doesn't just recharge the battery. You get all the benefits of sleep. The main thing was our tomorrow's a right off. Even if you only got three or four hours sleep, if you can get a cheeky one hour nap the next day, you can boost your level to mental aquurity. That is amazing. We're taking a cantestap.
