Is There a Secondary List of Things to Think About in Tech?

There isn't actually specific guidance for people designing the stuff. So i was wondering, did you have kind of a secondary list, which would be like when making technolity? What kinds of things should you be thinking about in order to hopefully preserve some of this atoxic data issue,. You know, preserve the right of privacy? Yes, so i do have a small section on what you can do if you're in tech. And part of it is just thinking differently.
