The Blockchain Is Like Git, Right?

The blockchain is based on saying for each thing, I give you a new hash. All nodes have to agree that the hash value is the same. The version that includes the bug is the reason for this like so that if I buy a car and I like set it up with this system that I don't have to worry about what happens when Vouch goes out of business.
