Mentorship Is Like Friendship
Even intrivers crave the company of other bt, i do wonder whether there'll be a permanent benefit here for inchvers. I think more companies we'll allow people to work vertually more. A mentor is someone like a friend who always has time for you. An mentor, relationships evolve like friendships evolve. And remember, i like mentors that are outside of your own company.
