The Future of Cryptocurrency

RGB works on top of Lightning, but node has to be aware of RGB assets and contracts existing in the channel. So, like it splits the Lightning into the two layers, I don't know. The only layering I can imagine is that there is a layer of Bitcoin consensus, which is the layer one, and this layer one is Bitcoin transactions mind on chain. If this transaction exists outside of the chain, but it is still deterministically mineable, like in Lightning channels, it's a layer two. It can considered as a bit of layer three by some people. In these terms we are looking for feedback from this V0.10 release to get to the version one.
