The Challenges in Implementing an Effective Data Management Strategy

I think 15 years ago, data management was perhaps seen as a second class citizen in the clinical trial process. Now we're dealing with 10, 20, 30 data sources, one or two. And there's millions of data points, not hundreds. We are talking about that type of seismic shift. I think you have to just realize, we're not data managers anymore and this is a bit of a player,. but we're managers of data, but also managers of the strategy around that data.
