I always wanted my show to be accessible to anyone who is curious, and absolutely not only aimed at academics. But it ss like the niche it sort of landed itself in has been something like that. I tell my guests to imagine a roomful of intelligent 17 year olds who have never heard of any philosophy stuff before. Andtey may be not used to maybe they don't teach freshmen siminars that often en. Buti'm always trying to challenge people and push them more in that direction. It started with old stuff and is moving ly, but very slowly, towards the present.
