We're seeing an intensifying competition between the United States and China which is both accelerating action in some areas and complicating it in others. What we're going to talk about today is what role civil society and NGOs can play in these debates. And above all, what role Europe can play when it comes to navigating an increasingly fractured multilateral landscape.
