The Parallels Between the FBI and the FBI

Russian assets have exacerbated inflamed tensions in the United States and the West. Western intelligence agencies that sort of long brewing argument about how you need to separate the intelligence from the ops, they still can't do that even after we have decades of Cold War history in the rearview mirror. I predict that this debate of whether the US should create a domestic intelligence agency because law enforcement and intelligence are two separate things will raise its head again. And unfortunately, it will. But history shows there will be another major national security disaster.
