I lead a team that sells office buildings around the country and we're tracking all the buildings that have a good bit of vacancy or distress. And then we look at the rental market in those areas. I think one of the advantages that multifamily developers like about that is the time savings, right? So, you know, you might save a year of interest carry and deliver community a lot faster.
