How to Respond to a Text Message Like This

We don't know if someone is just being ambiguous using formal language, or their potentially being passive aggressive. One working on a screen, we can't read the cues to read the room of the language. The simple recommendation i have when we receive messages like this is, and foremost, don't respond. Once you show good behaviour, it's much harder for others to respond back with poor behavior. And last but not least, use your own power of language to shift from potentially passive, aggressive messages to ampathetic messages.
