How Do You Know if You're a Promoter?
NPS is not promoter score, which is essentially when a business says on a scale of zero through 10, how likely are you to refer Jones Road to a friend? We use a company called Retentally, R-E-T-E-N-T-L-Y. And the idea really is anyone that chooses zero through six is a detractor. Six through eight is a passive. NA through 10 is a promoter. You can ask different questions based on if they're a promoter, what about this? Did you love the most? Did you like the customer service? did you like the shipping and delivery, the website experience, cost, value,. whatever direction you want
