The Importance of Neurodiversity on Social Media
Julia Hartley-Brewer talks about the trend of putting autism in social media bios. She says it helps people to connect online with other people who might be experiencing the same thing. And then there's another word that is popping up on bios more and more neurodivergent. This term comes from a concept neurodiversity, which was coined by sociologist Judy Singer back in the 90s.
