When we restrict ourselves a lot of the time, depending on how much you restrict yourself, it might set us up for over eating, binging or just completely giving up. The thing that i've struggled most with finding balance with in my life is diet and exercise. I would go to hotyoga for an hour and 15 minutes, come home, do an intensive weight training for an hour, then go take a walk. And what would i do? I would overeat.
