How to Overcome Impulse Spending
I have a list on my phone of actual stuff that I would want. But when the impulse comes I look at my list and choose which I'd rather have. It makes it's one way of doing the thing which impulse spenders are supposed to do - make it hard for yourself to spend. What you do with the book James the £10 writing it out what you actually does as we all know is the unrelatum. You're gamifying your goal and this is something that works really well for lots and lots of of ADHD adult behaviours. To think about getting some coaching that is specific for ADHD because my thoughts won't go on James please.
