The total number of unarmed black people shot by cops in a typical year is about 20 and even the gaps between the rate at which whites are shot and the rate atWhich blacks are shot vanish if you make simple adjustments for things like the crime rate. If jake oblique was white would there been any sympathy for this dude whatsoever? That's a question worth asking real anti-racism to some extent consisted of looking at the white guy the black guy the spanish guy the asian guy and their female equivalence and treating them all equally.
