i worry that people need to perience burn out themselves before they understand the importance of rest. i basically went most of my twenties sitting at a desk 16 hours a day, not not even standing. I wouldn't even stand up, let alone go on a walk, let alone run,. Let alou let Alone do any kind of licardio or anything that. But i'm happy to say i now have an exercise routine.
