I think meeting the patient where they are, based off of your experience and the things that you're learning are an art. You get better and you're going to make mistakes. But having that humility and growth mindset around it to kind of bounce back. What sport has the best athletes? It is because there's an all around great athlete and there's an athlete who's great at what they do. That's neither of the team you know it's not.
