Is There a Parallel Bar?
I just built a new studio for myself, a private one. And it's really gorgeous. I can go in there and draw on a big drawing table with a mail line. But the young guys walk in and they say, man, this feels like an antique shop. It's a good museum gallery. There's triangles and scales and compasses and stuff on a box next to this table. We're doing projects now where the Bay House was 100 sheets of drawings. So I'm trying to reinvent the way we are doing our drawings. The concept details are for basically preliminary pricing. Why draw every detail just to show that gap when they're the same everywhere throughout the house?
