What Is the Limitation of the Results?
Group that did just a single, they saw him. an average increase of around 11 kilos. They had a 6% chance of exceeding the meaningful threshold set by the coaches and athletes. The group that did the backup sets though seen a 33 kilo increase on average quote unquote on their in their total over six weeks. And then last but not least in terms of the intervention studies, we had the same group with the backup sets. So obviously other power lifters doing that nine power lifters only because of the pandemic.
