The Leopard Apple in Papua New Guinea
The epilate shark has evolved the ability to leave the water and come out onto land for short periods of time. They then dip back into tide pools to hunt for prey and escape predators. This had never been filmed in pop when you're getting before a close, a different species of epilate had be filmed walking in Australia. So we went there with this objective and after a very lengthy trip, we succeeded and were able to film the leopard apple at one of the three species,. leaving the water on a full moon extreme low tide to go and hunt for fish in a tide pool. And it was very, very cool. That's really cool. I saw them eating fish
