Is There a System of Coordination?

We need a kind of naturalized moral epistemology that will enable us to locate people who are aware that the system they're in is harming them. This is what I think Black Lives Matter does. It says, wait a minute, look, look what's happening. We have first-person knowledge about the harms of certain kinds of policing practices or certain kinds of practices of incarceration. And we want to testify to this. We want to bear witness to this.
