How to Tune for High Utilization?
When you say high utilization, do you mean happy utilization? Meaning it's not too hot and not too cold or what is the right utilization? So that's a great question. I think it really depends on the specific use case and the specific application. Each one has his sweet spot. No one wants to give up availability. Every application behaves the same. You can have a Kubernetes application where you would be running it at 80% CPU utilization,. And you can have an application running at 30% CPU utilization. It's still happy.
