Facebook is really good at buying intent. It doesn't matter who you are, what matters is that this person seems like they're in the market for healthy food solutions and I'm going to deliver it to them. That's also part of how the algorithm does its magic. And there's certain advanced strategies you can still hack, but I wouldn't worry about them if you're spending less than $500,000 a month on Facebook. So much of the game of driving just like quality leads or sales from marketing is on the creative.
