As we're aging we should be thinking about protecting the brown fat stores or helping them to work more efficiently just as we would go to the gym and work out a muscle. Do we with cold exposure to continue to derive benefits do we have to be changing things temperature or duration or constantly kind of challenging the body in the way that we're using this practice?
