Is This a Ruse to Allow Elon Musk to Buy Twitter?
There are two possible outcomes if this goes to court. One is that musk gets out of the deal just paying the one billion dollar break up fee. The other is that the court will order musk to buy twitter at the contractoly agreed upon price. If twitters board agree to too low of a number, they could face a shareholder lawsuit.
