The Relationship Between Training and Outdoor Climbing

Zander: A bolder's training regime is significantly different than, obviously, a hian spor climber. As a sport climber that trains a lot, i think it's good to have a training cycle every now and then. But if you go on a three months long climbing trip, most sport climbers that push themselves are wrecked by the time they're done. You got to always be doing at least one or two days in a week where you're getting a good pump of strength.
