Do we know if the age of menopause is moving over time? I don't know that that's been studied really rigorously and systematically. Do you have a sense of why there was not just a bioidentical estradiol and progesterone, which of course is what we'll talk about those things later in our discussion)? One theory is that a pharmaceutical company developed the conjugated estrogens,. They were originally, and even many of the forms today, derived from the pregnant mares urine.
