The Russian Oil Industry Is Losing So Many Partners

Russia has lost a lot of equity partners, upstream companies have pulled out of fields and operations in Russia. Several oil field services companies have withdrawn personnel and said they're not going to do business there. I think the assumption is that Russia can keep things going as he said in the short term. But this has to take a toll over the medium to long term.
