I Am Violing This Law, Is There a Whistleblower Protection?
There's no legal provision by which he could take advantage of this. And because it's like national security statutes are meant to protect people who disclose illegal information and are you know retaliated against by their employer. There just isn't something that covers this specific situation. But at the same time, is this the kind of precedent we want to set for letting anybody sort of make their own call with respect to confidential information?
