The Doctor's Intervention Turns the Cart Into a Ghost
Dakart died at least 15 to 20 years before his life expectancy. Because he wasn't actually sick he didn't actually die and since his soul was not in his body at that moment when the doctor killed him when the soul came back to reunite with its body the body was no longer fit for the soul. The cart's on like this crazy dmt trip that he can't come back from and he dies because of the doctor's intervention trying to bring him back into our reality. If they had just left the cart alone eventually he would have come back into his body and would have lived for another 15 20 plus years.
