amy, i'd love if you could share a bit about your background to help set the context for those who are listening. My career has been in and around data analytics. That old way will let's let the data speak for itself. But data doesn't really speak. If it did, there would be no need for an analyst to have a job. So i had to learn when communicating with more non technical people and to higher levels in the organization.
