Workers have the upper hand when there's a labor shortage, right? And so it turns that they had more negotiating power and we're able to find other roles. When something changes about work, then workers step back and say, wait a second, is this an opportunity for me to get a better deal? Doesn't mean that they don't want to work. It just means that they want better work and they should.
