WTBJ's WTWCTV Reporter - A Case Study
While working as a reporter for the Florida-based WTWCTV, Vester began to exhibit some rather concerning behavior. As a result of such anti-social behavior, he was let go from the station in 2000 and quickly filed a civil lawsuit against his former employer. However, after an intensive investigation, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission decided that none of Vester's evidence or statements could be corroborated. In April of 2012, Vester was hired at Virginia's WDBJ where he began working with Alison Parker and Adam Ward. By February of 2013, Vester's luck had run out, and WTBJ fired him citing volatile behavior.
