Karena Ora was a nanny in Dover, Massachusetts. She worked at the home of frank and susan A., who had two children that she cared for during the week. The couple allowed her to live with them on the week ends when they went out to the clubs. During this whole so at some point during the only four months that she was in the states before she was murdered, iwas only here for four months. At one point she did briefly date a boston police officer. Ye, we there's not a lot known about him. He was cleared very quickly without any muss or fuss of anything, a but werow, who knows.
